Shipping Information
We want you to know that EQTACK takes great care in preparing your tack for delivery before shipping. Every item you order passes through our EQ (Excellent Quality) Pre-Package Process. This process ensures delivery of a product that is fresh, polished, and ready for you to use right out of the box.
The EQ Pre-Package Process Includes...
1) Hand application of a coat of oil
2) Hand polishing of any buckles or other metal decorative
3) Hand polish and buffing of leather
4) Quality control inspection
EQTACK usually ships In-Stock items within 2 business days. This does not include the transportation time from our warehouse to your delivery address. If an item is out of stock, please allow up to 10 business days for your item(s) to ship. EQTACK will notify you within 72 hours if an ordered item is out of stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order at that time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to view the shipping status.
International Orders
EQTACK only ships to the United States at this time. We plan to expand to Canada soon so be sure to check back on our status.
Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed!
You may return, for a full refund (less shipping) all items purchased from EQTACK, except saddles, for any reason within 15 days of the date you receive your item. Please see our Saddles Return Policy below. You may exchange any item within 30 days of the date you receive your item. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer for exchanges.
Items must be in unused condition with no scuffs, scratches, dirt or horse hair on the underskirt. Credits will not be issued to your credit card until the item’s condition is reviewed and approved for return/exchange by EQTACK.
Saddles Return Policy
Saddles may only be exchanged. All saddle exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee. We do not allow a trial saddle period. Once ridden your saddle may not be exchanged. Returned saddles must be in brand new, unused condition. Restocking fees do not apply to saddles that are exchanged due to an EQTACK fulfillment or shipping error or a manufacturer's defect.
Exchanged saddles must be in unused condition with no scuffs, scratches, dirt or horse hair on the underskirt. An exchange authorization will not be issued until the exchange item’s condition has been reviewed and approved for exchange by EQTACK.
To return an item please carefully follow the instructions below:
1) Reserve a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call 1-800-557-TACK (8225) to request the RMA.
2) Carefully repack your item and ship via FedEx ground or UPS ground to:

Please include a copy of your packing slip along with any pertinent instructions inside your package.
Return shipping charges are paid by the customer and are not refundable. EQTACK suggests that you insure your return package as we are not responsible for damage done to your package by a third-party carrier. |
